It far outweighed any expectations I had . The emails clearly stated what was required , and although I was nervous , Sabari quickly put my nerves at ease . Everything was well thought out, including a plan b because of the weather . I really enjoyed being in a small group , the session was friendly and informal , we were encouraged to go at our own pace , with Sabari making suggestions that helped boost my confidence. I had the most wonderful experience and I am really looking forward to booking on for my next session. Sabari is an absolute gem.

This image was inspired and based on the artwork by Jo Haran's Drenched Chrysanthemum's. It is my second water colour painting, which I completed for my Auntie whose husband grew Chrysanthemum's and who sadly passed away following a stroke a few years ago. My hope for the painting is that it offers her a warm reminder of their happy times together. Please note that I do not have copyright for the original image upon which my painting was based on. I was invited to upload it by the Nottingham

A good friend took this photo whilst out walking in Derbyshire.I loved the way she captured him, he's a very sweet, curious fella. I painted him in watercolour, and used gesso for the textured wall. An editor of a very well known art magazine got in touch after seeing this painting and subsequently they published a double page spread.I've used this image for workshops and classes, it has proved to be very popular.

I painted this scene in the Maldives from a photo taken by my friend, John. He was holidaying there in January ?26 celebrating his 60th birthday with his wife, Teresa. I thought it would make a great birthday gift, so I framed it and presented it to him when out for dinner with him and his wife. I?m proud of it as I tried new techniques to paint the clouds and sunshine, and I love that it will be hanging on their wall as a reminder of their amazing holiday.
